A Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) will apply to shipments from Asia and Oceania to South West Africa and West Africa.The surcharge will apply to all cargo loaded on board from July 15, 2026, until further notice.
South West Africa
The geographical scope includes Luanda, Lobito and Cabinda in Angola; Pointe-Noire in the Republic of the Congo; Matadi and Boma in the Democratic Republic of the Congo; Libreville and Port-Gentil in Gabon; Kribi and Douala in Cameroon; Walvis Bay in Namibia; and Bata and Malabo in Equatorial Guinea.
- Surcharge: USD 600 per TEU
- Container types: All container types
West Africa
The geographical scope includes Tema in Ghana; Lomé in Togo; Abidjan in Côte d’Ivoire; Cotonou in Benin; Apapa, Tin Can Island and Onne in Nigeria; Nouakchott in Mauritania; Dakar in Senegal; Banjul in The Gambia; and Monrovia in Liberia.
The surcharge does not apply to Conakry, Guinea, or Freetown, Sierra Leone.
