These charges are implemented to recover the Fuel Neutrality Charge newly introduced by Transnet Port Terminals (TPT).\u003C/p>\u003Cp>The Fuel Neutrality Charge will apply to all containers. For FMC, PCD is last container gate-in date for non-spot bookings.
