Please be informed that the Customs Additional Item Charge-Imp (CAI) charge which is part of the local charges in Egypt will be increased effective 15th of June 2026.

New charges will be EGP 1415 Instead of EGP 1000 per Bill Of Lading, subject to VAT 14%.

This adjustment has been implemented for better service through the Customs platform. 

The updated cost structures applicable to all import shipments. As a result, the updated charge will now be reflected in the billing for all upcoming transactions.
