For the import clearing agent who makes the customs declaration.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Rail Freight Terminal Operators (RFTOs) will gain an incentive rate of GBP 20.00 per import laden container moved Via rail again within the MSP zone.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>A MSP Fee of GBP 10.00 will be applied to all import laden containers.
