A Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) from Far East to West Coast of South America, East Coast of South America, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean for cargo transported in 20’ and 40’ Dry, Reefer and Special containers, including High Cube equipment is coming up. This PSS is applicable for all container types for all sailings commencing on tariffing date June 15, 2026 until further notice (June 29, 2026 for Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands).
The details of this surcharge are listed below:
- USD 500 per 20' container
- USD 1000 per 40' container
The Ocean Tariff rates as well as Bunker-related surcharges, Security-related surcharges, Terminal Handling Charges (THCs) remain as announced and can be found here and are valid until further notice. Please keep in mind that local and contingency charges may also apply.
