[{"data":1,"prerenderedAt":48},["ShallowReactive",2],{"news-detail-2313-en":3,"news-recent-2313-en":19},{"id":4,"userId":5,"userName":6,"title":7,"enTitle":8,"content":9,"enContent":10,"date":11,"files":12,"carrierCode":17,"createdDate":18},2313,1031692,"王奕翔","重量差异费时效调整及预先通知服务（2026 年 5 月 7 日起生效）","Weight Discrepancy Fee Change to timeline & Pre-Notification Service (Effective 7 May 2026)","\u003Ch1>\u003Cbr>\u003C/h1>\u003Cp>为持续提升作业安全、保障数据精准度并帮助客户规避额外不必要费用，我司将对\u003Cstrong>重量差异费（WDF）\u003C/strong>&nbsp;执行流程进行调整，新规自 2026 年 5 月 7 日起正式生效。\u003C/p>\u003Ch2>调整内容\u003C/h2>\u003Cp>重量差异费的判定节点，将由原先的初始订舱补料（SI）阶段，变更为\u003Cstrong>截关日\u003C/strong>（以订舱补料 / 载货集装箱重量验证截止时间中较晚者为准）。同步上线\u003Cstrong>预先通知服务\u003C/strong>，提前向客户提醒重量数据不符问题。\u003C/p>\u003Ch2>预先通知服务运作规则\u003C/h2>\u003Col>\u003Cli>新增预先提醒：若初始订舱补料数据与截关前数据存在重量偏差，系统将主动发送预警通知。\u003C/li>\u003Cli>数据修正窗口期：客户可在截关日前核对并修正错误重量信息。\u003C/li>\u003Cli>最终计费规则：仅当截关后重量差异仍未整改时，才会收取重量差异费。\u003C/li>\u003Cli>重要限制条款：仅\u003Cstrong>截关日前提交\u003C/strong>的订舱补料订单可触发预先通知；若于截关日及之后提交补料、且核查发现重量不符，将直接收取费用，不再另行预警。\u003C/li>\u003C/ol>\u003Ch2>重量差异费适用范围\u003C/h2>\u003Cp>满足以下任一条件的集装箱，将收取重量差异费：\u003C/p>\u003Col>\u003Cli>载货集装箱验证重量（发货人 / 码头提供）与订舱补料申报重量差值超标：\u003C/li>\u003C/ol>\u003Cul>\u003Cli class=\"ql-indent-1\">干货箱、冷藏箱、开顶箱、框架箱等：正负差值超\u003Cstrong>3000 千克\u003C/strong>；\u003C/li>\u003Cli class=\"ql-indent-1\">罐式集装箱专属标准：正负差值超\u003Cstrong>5000 千克\u003C/strong>。\u003C/li>\u003Cli class=\"ql-indent-1\">重量差异统一以\u003Cstrong>截关后\u003C/strong>核验数据为准；\u003C/li>\u003Cli class=\"ql-indent-1\">订舱补料重量 = 货物重量 + 集装箱皮重（集装箱绑定后系统自动生成）；\u003C/li>\u003Cli class=\"ql-indent-1\">提交或修改订舱补料时，需分开申报货物重量与集装箱皮重。\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Col>\u003Cli>载货集装箱验证重量，超出集装箱安全铭牌标注的最大总重（最大载重 + 箱体皮重）。\u003C/li>\u003Cli>载货集装箱验证重量，低于集装箱自身皮重。\u003C/li>\u003C/ol>\u003Ch2>客户须知与操作要求\u003C/h2>\u003Cp>为保障作业合规、避免产生重量差异费，请留意以下事项：\u003C/p>\u003Col>\u003Cli>提前提交：尽早在截止日期前提交订舱补料，正常使用预先通知服务。\u003C/li>\u003Cli>关注预警：及时查看重量差异相关提醒通知。\u003C/li>\u003Cli>及时整改：务必在截关日前提交资料更新或数据修正。\u003C/li>\u003C/ol>\u003Ch2>重要说明\u003C/h2>\u003Cp>本通知服务仅为辅助提醒、协助提前整改的增值服务。\u003Cstrong>即使未收到预警通知\u003C/strong>，若截关当日及之后核查出符合收费标准的重量差异，仍将正常计收重量差异费。\u003C/p>\u003Cp>本次仅为流程规则调整，无需客户额外办理其他手续。本次优化旨在减少临时紧急改单操作，提升费用核算的稳定性与可预见性。\u003C/p>\u003Cp>如有任何疑问或需要进一步咨询，可联系当地马士基业务代表，或通过马士基官网咨询。我司团队将全程为您的物流操作规划提供支持与协助。\u003C/p>","\u003Ch1>\u003Cbr>\u003C/h1>\u003Cp>Following our continued efforts to enhance safety of our operations and to provide greater accuracy and help you avoid unnecessary costs, we are updating our&nbsp;\u003Cstrong>Weight Discrepancy Fee (WDF)\u003C/strong>&nbsp;process effective&nbsp;\u003Cstrong>7 May 2026.\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C/p>\u003Ch4>What is changing?\u003C/h4>\u003Cp>We are shifting the WDF application timeline from the initial Shipping Instruction (SI) stage to the&nbsp;\u003Cstrong>Cut Off Date\u003C/strong>(SI/VGM Deadline whichever is later). To support this, we are introducing a&nbsp;\u003Cstrong>Pre-Notification Service\u003C/strong>&nbsp;to alert you of any mismatches early.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C/p>\u003Ch4>How the Pre-Notification Service Works:\u003C/h4>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>New Pre-Notifications\u003C/strong>: You will now receive an alert if a weight discrepancy is detected between your Initial SI and your Cut Off Date.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Correction Window\u003C/strong>: This gives you the opportunity to verify and correct weight data&nbsp;\u003Cstrong>before&nbsp;\u003C/strong>the Cut Off Date.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Finalized Billing\u003C/strong>: Charges will only be applied at the Cut Off Date if the discrepancy remains uncorrected.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Important Condition\u003C/strong>: Pre-notifications are only triggered for SIs submitted&nbsp;\u003Cstrong>before&nbsp;\u003C/strong>the Cut Off Date. If an SI is submitted&nbsp;\u003Cstrong>on or after the Cut Off Date\u003C/strong>&nbsp;and a weight discrepancy is found, the WDF charge will be applied immediately without Pre-notification.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Ch4>The WDF is applicable to each container where:\u003C/h4>\u003Col>\u003Cli>The difference (positive or negative) between the VGM weight (shipper/terminal) and SI Weight is greater than 3,000 KGS for DRY, REEFER, OPEN TOP &amp; FLAT RACK etc. containers and 5,000 KGS for TANK only.\u003C/li>\u003Cli class=\"ql-indent-1\">Discrepancies will be measured post Cut Off Date.\u003C/li>\u003Cli class=\"ql-indent-1\">SI Weight is equivalent to cargo weight + container tare weight (auto generated when container is linked).\u003C/li>\u003Cli class=\"ql-indent-1\">Declare cargo weight and container tare weight separately during SI/Amendment submission.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>The VGM weight (shipper/terminal) is greater than the maximum gross weight of the container, (as per CSC plate (Max Payload + Tare weight).\u003C/li>\u003Cli>The VGM weight (shipper/terminal) is lesser than container tare weight.\u003C/li>\u003C/ol>\u003Ch4>What do you need to do?&nbsp;\u003C/h4>\u003Cp>To maintain operational safety and avoid WDF charges:\u003C/p>\u003Col>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Submit Early\u003C/strong>: Provide your Shipping Instructions well ahead of the deadline to benefit from the pre-notification service.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Monitors Alerts\u003C/strong>: Review any pre-notifications regarding weight discrepancies.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Corrects Data\u003C/strong>: Submit updated instructions or corrections&nbsp;\u003Cstrong>prior to the Cut Off Date.\u003C/strong>\u003C/li>\u003C/ol>\u003Ch4>Important clarification:\u003C/h4>\u003Cp>The notification is a&nbsp;\u003Cstrong>Service&nbsp;\u003C/strong>intended to support early correction &amp; intimation.&nbsp;\u003Cstrong>If no notification is received, the WDF will still apply\u003C/strong>&nbsp;where qualifying weight discrepancies exist at or after the Cut Off Date.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>No other action is required.
